Review for Portofino Apartments

Lived here from August 15 - December 9 2006. Management knew we were moving in on 08/15 since April. They waited until we were moving in to have the apt. fumigated. Then the AC unit was leaking - took them 3 mths to have it fixed during which time we lived with soaking wet carpeting.
Was offered durgs for purchase on the premises as well as illegal cable hook up.
Management Office staff was always polite but still help seemed to be out of their reach.
The management office is very attractive - but it is not a reflection of what the apartments look like. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are very old and needed to be replaced. If you need a place to hold out in for a short period of time - this works. But I do not recommend it for long term accommodations.
