Review for The Springs At Silverbell Apartments

I just moved in here, and so far it's HORRIBLE!! Mice in the storage area outside, and also in my neighbors' storage areas. Why? There's a HUGE gap under the door that they refuse to fix!! The landscaping is horrible. They water the dirt and the plants everyday with hard water coming pouring out of hoses, so you're always walking on sidewalk puddles, and then there are ugly white stains everywhere. And water is part of our rent: $20 a month. And they WASTE it!!

I had a scorpion so far, and spiders and crickets. Wonder why? Probably that gap in the front door's doorsweep that I asked them to fix a month ago. In fact, the list of repairs I gave them weeks ago still has YET to be fixed.

STuff of mine was ruined in the storage area because of the mice. The staff told me I should've had renters insurance. I found out that animal damage is not part of the coverage, actually.

And the staff is marginal. They are only there to collect money. They know nothing else. NOTHING.

I had problems before I moved in, actually. Why did I? Long story, but it was necessary. I should've just tried harder to find a good place.

Reading the lease I have a feeling a lot of it is unenforceable. I'll check with a lawyer.

So save yourself money and stress...don't move here!!!
