Review for The Villas At Sabino Canyon Apartments

This place refers to itself as "luxury living", but it is a far cry from that now. We have lived on this property for several years, and--while it is a beautiful location (close to Sabino Canyon)--the current management is absolutely awful. They will not fix things, even after you submit a request, in writing, several times. They have also allowed terribly inconsiderate tenants to take over the property. Two days ago, I witnessed a man on a motorcycle speed through the parking lot and saw him almost run over a child! There are young people in the pool every night, drinking and shouting and carrying on. The management also allows the landscapers to come on property on Saturdays--one of the 2 days most working people have to rest and relax--and the noise from the blowers is unbearable. Worse, when complaints are brought to the management's attention, they act as if it isn't their fault and do nothing to remedy the situations.

There are plenty of places to live, and this isn't one of them!!
