No games in this review. Although their are awesome things about this complex, their are more horrible things that are not identifiable with your naked eye. First of all, management while I was here (not even 2 months) was outstanding! Anything that I was concerned about or took interest in, they took it as if it was their own. I had roach problems, Jenny was sure to have my place sprayed the same day if not the next. However, upon having my place fogged twice and sprayed twice, the roach problem only seem to get worse. None of the neighbors report the roaches so it was truly and honestly un-fixable without their cooperation. But I still dont think it was a managable situation even if they did. When we looked at the unit before move in, we didnt notice them AT ALL! DO NOT BE FOOLED! They are indeed still there. In addition to the roaches, over 15 vehicles were broken into and robbed in just one evening, this was the first week I moved in. When management was confronted they explained that"it happened in every apartment complex that evening" Bull crap! Overall, this apartment complex is nastily unsanitary and extremely unsafe. I walked my girlfriend to her car everytime she went to it, even if the sun was still out. Homeless men and women flock the rear of the property along the river and surrounding area. Although convieniently located to grocers, U of A, Pima College and much more, it is NOT worth it. I moved here on Jan 2, 2008, today I broke that lease and started a new one with one of Zona Rio's sister comanys, Zona village. The appearance from the outside is descent, but the inside is spectacular! brick walls dont allow for roach infestation. Thank god they didnt make us pay a penalty! Think about it.
