Review for Arcadia Park Apartments

I lived here from 8/2004 to 1/2006, i had a fair price for the time, i only had to endure an increase of $12 dollars rent upon my renewal, not too bad. i was shot in my apartment from a bullet from the parking lot in june of 2005, the apartment did pay to clean everything up, and they seemed to care about my well being after the fact, i even kept my apartment while i was out of town recovering for 5 months, i did return to finish out my lease, but i was never treated the same afterwards, and when i moved out they had the gaul to send me a bill for $65 to clean the carpets, can you believe that? ridiculous, i also suffered the rath of theives, my car was broken into 3 times in a year and a half, and my doors keyed 2 weeks after i first moved in...i was always told my management they weren't responsible for security, even though they had it there 7 days a week, i never heard of them acctually stopping a crime..i do not recommend these apartments, and they will never get the $65 from me, ill take it to my grave!
