Apartment Review for Coronado Villas

Reports about the crime, cars being vandalized, dishonest staff, keeping deposits when residents move out, are all true. I had a constant concern with noise problems, abusive and violent neighbors, office staff even admitted and made excuses for off duty law enforcement "Blowing Off Steam" by shooting at each other in the apartments. Complete lunacy that is, talk about the wild west. You can not trust anyone in that office and even if they accepted NO deposit from you, you don't want to move in there just to have to move out when you find it intolerable as I did in 2, 3, or 6 months. Take more time and find a better place since nothing is changed with this location, the property, or the staff. They will rip you off, ruin your credit, and leave you a bad rental reference just out of spite if they feel the desire to. In other words, don't waste your time. Positive reviews are far TOO positive and vague and would likely be just more dishonest attempts to sell you on the place. The warts are all true I am afraid. It is NOT a safe place to live, park a car, or have your kids running around. I mean is it ok if the US Border Patrol shoots your kid "Accidentally" as he leaves your apartment and a bullet comes through the wall? I'd think not.
