Review for Coronado Villas Apartments

I live here and don't think any of those other postings are accurate. Very low crime rate unless you count people putting dings in your car.
Rent is comparable for a nice place, but they really pile on the charges if you are month to month.
Re: the shooting of Border Patrol agent; I think that was a big party where guys were cutting loose, and one irresponsible fool was showing off a gun. I'm sure he paid for it with loss of job. (We are only one building away and saw what happened after the shooting.)
Mostly we have service people and their families, some college students, some middle aged and a few older people.
The place is pretty & grounds are nice but some irresponsible people do not pick up after thier dogs.
Apartments are okay, but old and some leak, have bad carpet, or broken appliances. Oh my big complaint is when they turn off water to several buildings for 4 to 6 hrs with NO warning.
Still, it's a good place to live with mostly good neighbors and staff.
