I live here haven't even a year and was ready to move out as soon as we moved in. The management sucks,they only have one maintenance guy to service over 100 apartments. Management says they do background checks,but we had gangs move in,people being busted by swat for robbing places,and when you complain to management she tells people that you complained about them, so then you have people wanting to retaliate against you. It is very unsafe, we received 3 sex offender notices in 1 month because they moved into the complex,I'm not one to judge,but there are a lot of kids who live here. People who are being evicted are treated better then the people who keep to themselves. Cops are here every night to arrest someone. Crappy place to live especially if you have kids.

Your so Stupid!!!! Sex offenders would never be allowed to live on property. They do check credit and criminal. A lot of people get leases put under other peoples names because they have things on there record. I know that manager worked really hard to clean up that property even for an ungrateful bitch like you!! I also know for a fact the manager would never tell other residents who complained. Its Resident confidetiality. If they retaliated against you its cause there not stupid they knew it was you snitching. Ive lived here for for 4 months now and I really love it. Its a wonderful place. Ive never seen any cops. The owner is putting so much money into the property, putting new a/c, fixing the back yards, the roofs, and painting the property. I have 2 children and they've already made so manny friends. The manager is such a good person. I just love her. So please dont listen to ignorant people like this. Be your own judge. The ones that complain like this are the ones that were probably evicted. lol
you're the one who's stupid.you're probably one of her favorites so you dont have any problems.I have been in the office when the gossiping has been going on.You're probably one of the delinquents that gossips and causes trouble around here.
