Would Never Suggest Rental To Anyone

Rented: From 2005 To 2005

Check off list on move in was never repaired, even the fan blew out the circuit for 10 months after multiple calls. Charged for items on moveout that were witnessed as completely cleaned. Carpet repair was on the list at move in and charged for repair at move out. Per my documentation, the gate worked for 4 days staright at any point in time, and was broken the remaining days and left open blocked by rocks or cones. Dogs allowed to run without leashes even after multiple complaints to the office and dogs larger than allowed per lease agreements. They do not follow their own policies, and have very poor management.
