Review for Finsterra Luxury Rentals Apartments

These are the most inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with. One week after moving in they lowered the price of my apartment by 50 dollars a month. They will nickel and dime you for everything if you dare to break your lease early. I had to break my lease and I paid the penalty in the form of 1898.00. Then two weeks later they billed me for another 282 dollars for random things. They refuse to work with me at all with regards to the bogus billing. They care nothing about their residents and only about squeezing every penny possible out of you. If you dare rent from these people, READ EVERY BIT OF YOU CONTRACT, because they will find a way to charge you for the smallest of things.

On another note, the workers/maintenance people are very "shady" and do not complete the work that is on the work order. At least three times a week my girlfriend would see a homeless man digging through the dumpsters. Next to the vehicle gate is a gate for pedestrians that was broken the entire four months I lived there. Anybody and everybody had access to the "secure" apartments.I informed the management of the previous two problems and in two months, nothing was solved.
