Apartment Reviews for Fort Lowell & Mountain Apartments - Tucson

The area it's very good, quiet, cheap rent, an it's excellent for graduate students. Close to the CatTran transportation-service offered by the The University of Arizona. The property do not have a good Maintainance process. The big problem is the Owner... it's not a responsible person and only visit the complex when he hire a new manager. In two years I we had 4 managers!!
