Apartment Review for Kachina Springs Apartments

I loved living at Kachina Springs! The staff was always helpful, kind, and personable. The apartments are nice too. New clean carpets, freshly painted walls. Very spacious large kitchen with full washer and dryer. My only complaint is that in the 2 bedroom model, the air conditioning doesn't come out very well in the 2nd bedroom. I also had a small problem with tiny ants in my bathroom but maintenance fixed that very quickly. Actually any problem I had was fixed quickly. The staff here always responded very quickly! The grounds are also nicely kept. No real visible trash or eyesores. It's also pretty quiet with only the occasional noise on weekends by the pool. I would've have stayed but the surrounding neighborhood is pretty bad. Kachina Springs does a good job of keeping things safe and clean. Police patrol through here very regularly. BUT they are certain things that get past them, like my husband has seen people digging through our dumpsters for stuff and our outgoing mail box was broken into. If you are going to live in this area, definetly choose Kachina Springs. <P>
