Apartment Review for Monterey Garden Apartments

When December rolls around, I will have been at Monterey Gardens for 6 years. I have had my periods where I cant wait to move, but then I take the time to look around. All of the neighbors that I come across are kind. The grounds are kept up on, you dont see trash blow by with the first gust of wind. The maintenance men Joseph, and Chris are awesome! The best that we have had so far.
If I were to have to give one compliant it would be that kids dont have anywhere to play. But isnt that true with most apartments? I do like the fact that the parents are made to be responsible over their children.
Another nicity about the apartments is video survelience. Sherry has even went as far as emailing me the next day when she notice something odd on the video camera from the night before. How many other places would do that?
My final note: Here at Monterey Garden the Manager (Sherry) takes time every Saturday to make coffee, and have some type of baked goodie so that the different apartments can come out and visit. Last Halloween Sherry even made Chili and had it ready so that the parents didnt have to spend time cooking dinner, and were then able to take kids out trick or treating early in the evening.
