Save your money, because for the service and quality you get from here you can pay far less. Don t let the location fool you. This kind of apartment should be located at 29th and Craycroft.

The biggest issue I have was that they employed a man straight out of being in prison for 10 years for maintenance! This man has access to all the apartments and they try to say that this is a safe community.

That is not a lie, the guy told me HIMSELF!

He also was taking small children into his apartment. One little girl didn t even speak English, but Arabic. So if any thing happened to her how would she be able to tell any one?

David Walsh, of Walsh Realty runs the place, and he himself has state that "he has been around," when talking about druggies and drunks.

About every 2 months a string of cars are vandalized and/or broken into.

The owner absolutely despises animals. The new manager recently put out a notice saying that any one with pet fish or gerbils is in violation of the no pet policy.

AND they have gone through 8 managers since 2005. Six of those have been in the past 3 years.

This is a horrible place, and if I had known what I was getting into, I never would have came.

The Owner only sees tenants as THINGS to pay the bills.
