Apartment Review for Oracle Palms

Went under new management about five or six months ago and maintenance doesn't repair anything. The water has been turned of 3 to 4 times in one week. They are fixing the outside new lighting and painting but we cannot get anything done to the inside. They do not seem to care about the renters. Many are moving out. <P>
