It's a great place to live. I know I've had some issues in the past but every time I spoke with the manager they were resolved. I'm very happy here.

I moved out 35 days ago and still did not get my security back.This apt. complex is horrible,very high auto theft rate, my car and motorcycle has been broken into 3 times.My car was vandalized and cost me a new paint job.
Noise, very noise, contractors walking on the roof before 6:30 am and landscaping staring with the blowers before 7:00 am, loud music,drug dealers, drunk kids by the pool until 4:00 am, the administration lies to the residents, no security on the premises, nobody to complain and when you complain nobody like to listen to you. If you like to sleep that's not the place to you.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great location, close to Tucson Mall and a short drive to UA. Beautiful complex...friendly staff. Never had any problems. Overall, a great place to live! <P>
