The landlords appeared very nice and said what you wanted to hear. However, they NEVER did anything they said they would. The place is nasty.
Don't count on getting your deposit back (or the full deposit). The write up things even when they were bad when you move in.
Maintenance - what maintenance.
Parking - only 1 per apartment. Good luck. No city parking permit allowed here. BEWARE
