Sierra Vista Apartments boast heating, sewer, gas, AC and parking are included in the rental rates in this "newly remodeled" apartment community. Minutes away from the Tucson Mall and not far from the University of Arizona, Sierra Vista Apartments residents have good proximity to shopping and other community features but generally have not praised the management and maintenance of this apartment complex. In 2012 only one reviewer was pleased by Sierra Vista Apartments, glad for the pools and the enforcement of rules that keep things running well for the whole apartment community. Other reviews mention not getting the apartment they viewed, noise complaints, safety and theft complaints and difficulty with the utilities seems chronic.
