Apartment Reviews for Stonybrook Apartments - Tucson

I lived in this apartment for about five years, location was perfect for me and the reason I moved in, and for this I long time I was a good tenant no late fees no violent nothing.
This is how this places looks like when u first move in the management seems nice and friendly , they told you a lots of good things how they care about there residences and more and more. Once you are in they don’t even care about you they are RUDE, IROGANT undisciplined and totally unprofessional specially the Manager she is some thing else!
Safety wasn’t bad but lately mine and my girlfriend car was broken my naboughr also told me his van was broken and late nights there are some people hanging around in the parking lot also sitting drinking on the stairs (by your entrance door)
Maintenance is not bad the maintenance crew are nice but they don’t get our order from the lazy and care less management people, i had broken bathroom leaking I told them right away, and also it is emergency, nobody show up for two days, one of the maintenance guy was passing by my apartment I ask him to fix it and he did but he told me that to fix my car with the paper work from three days ago. I told him were they trying we have no order for this apartment. Here is the funny part the next day another maintenance guy comes to fix it after every thing fall apart is this how they are alerted for emergency? I said very nice.
Lots of people moving out I will say NO for this place since I lived in here for more than five years and I know it very well .

I just so happen to live near the couple with the cat that they think they can leave outside all the time .... The pet form that I signed for my cat clearly states it must be indoors so it does not bother other neighbors. Their cat walked into my apartment when I was carrying in groceries and I seen it eating a plant downstairs. They need to grow up and buy a farm if they want animals wandering around.
