Decent Place, But They Will Rape You On Fees

I lived here for two years. Overall, it was a decent quality apartment. Definitely gave the appearance of luxury. However, the walls are made of paper, you will hear every conversation that your neighbors make. Your upstairs neighbors will sound like they are running around in clogs.

Every chance they get, the office staff will rape you for non-refundable fees. Security deposit? It's only $225, but there's a non-refundable "processing fee." It's the same thing, only you don't get it back. Want a garage? Non-refundable fee. Pets? Non-refundable fee. Month-to-month? Non-refundable fee. Want an extra gate remote? Non-refundable fee. Do not expect to get any portion of your security deposit back, as they will assign an arbitrary charge to every single appliance in the place.
