Apartment Review for Summerlin Villas

Happily a tenant for 3 yrs. until new tenant on 2nd floor arrive. Apparently a NIGHT PERSON whose activities occur between 10Pm and 4Am. Management doesn't help, but says "That's apartment living!"That's not quite good enough. Tenants should be accorded decent sleeping time. We are awakened between 1 and 4 times PER NIGHT, average 2.Thudding of files? boxes? Rolling of office chair across floor? Moving file cabinets? Dropping 5 lb. bags of sugar---all directly over our master bedroom area.

Not what I would call cooperation from the management.
