NASTY! Keep away.

There are roaches, even in the cleanest apartments. There are drug dealers and alchies. Management is slow to respond to everything. Maintenance come in, fixes something half way and doesn't return to fix the rest for weeks on end. AWFUL! The A/C is crippled and it's constantly hot in the apartments. STAY AWAY! <P>
