Apartment Review for Sundown Village Apartments

The management company is the worst I've ever seen. They actively avoid doing maintenance that is needed. I had water damage for over 2 months, and it was only fixed after I threatened them with legal action. And now, a month later, my air conditioning unit has been broken for a week and it's ARIZONA! The management staff is disrespectful and rude. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
