Review for Sunquest Apartments

7/22/09- I currently live at Sun Quest in one of their 2 bedroom apartments. When I moved in I was at a bad spot and needed something cheap and quick. And everyday I'm reminded THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!

When I moved in my apartment was nasty, from dirty, stained, and torn blinds, linoleum, carpet, and air conditioners to strange smells.
My power bills run around $200.00 dollars a month in the hot months of the year, and when I've complained I was told that was normal. They have only replaced 2 of my units with newer models. I wish I could post a pic of the one that still remains in my sons room...
Ants are everywhere and can not be controlled. They infest everything and some bite. That is no exaggeration, just check out their laundry areas.
They recently replaced the decking for the upstairs apartment entryways because someone FELL THROUGH, with even thinner, cheaper, uneven boards. They scare me to walk across. I always make sure to place my feet on separate boards. I also fear carrying too much weight with me. We were even told by one of their maintenance men to call and complain because he felt they were unsafe as well.
I occasionally have a very strong weed smell that chokes us out of our bathrooms. When I complained about that one I was told there was nothing they could do. So I guess I will just call the cops the next time.
Now finally....Lets discuss the night life, shall we. I have see drug deals taking place right outside my apartment. Loud music and random screaming. I have seen fights, but hey those happen in the daylight too. Cars speeding though the parking lots. Also there was also curtsy night patrol which has since been stopped.
There is so much.....All I can say is I can't wait to flee this hell hole! And please, please don't bring your children here.
