Haven't moved in yet, but toured. Manager was helpful, and all the ads were true to life. They are unfurnished, spacious. The view is the real selling point-- also, the location provides a nice sense of security. At the same time, you'll need a car if you want to explore the neighborhood unless you don't mind the bus. They will be doing some improvements now that there are new owners, so I'm interested to see those. Wish the gym was a little bigger, but a yoga studio is just down the way and the pool is a nice size.
