Apartment Review for The Villas At Montebella

I have been living in the complex for one year it seems like when I question esp Stephanie she becomes rude, abrupt, abrasive and dictorial. She wants to dominate like she is the police when questioned, very arguementative...when engaging with her it is a struggle she wants to do all the talking and when saying something back she accuses one of talking over her, makes me as a tenant feel like I am not the customer. I move a lot because of my job and have lived in many apartment complexes and have gotten along very well with the leasing manager and staff. When I first moved in the staff was nice and approachable but the staff does not consist of the same people and it is a hostle environment like one has to walk on egg shells...I don't feel like I am the customer more like I am living on someones couch for free and they are ready for me to get out. I feel frustrated and annoyed most times I have to interface with this female. When I moved in I experienced lots of roaches and I questioned it and ask for exterminator it was granted after several request but I was told the reason for roaches was because of Tucson sewer treatment problem I was told to use bleach...I then decided to do research on how to get rid of and invested in roach motels. Yes the pipes are noisy and staff is not consistent in letting you know you have packages, my neighbor since he moved in patio door has been off hinges and nobody has fixed it at first it remained on the ground for at least 6 months it just now sits on the wall. They don't do an maintenance of heating and cooling at the change of season I was told the tenant has to request it so my filter was so dirty..fire safety I thought. Staff has been good at doing safety check on me when my husband who lives of town couldn't reach me. I just feel esp Stephanie is impersonable and I hope it isn't because of some particular bias, it just feels so personal the way she communicates with me. I am not native to Tucson AZ just living here temp I have experienced people to be culturally unfriendly
