Apartment Reviews for The Woods - Tucson

We have lived here at 'The Woods' apartment community for nearly 3 years. Having moved here to Tucson to enjoy the weather as well as the wonderful mountain views, this community has enhanced that experience.
we missed the home we left but not the weather. We also missed the owner of the property we leased from back home, very personable and caring. I am pleased to admit that we have once again found that 'back home warmth and care' with the personal here. Smiles and warm greetings are always present when we need to file a maintenance report or pay our rent. Any problems we have needed to report have been addressed quickly and with professionalism.
The landscape is also very well kept and simply beautiful at full bloom.
The most amazing story regarding maintenance unfolded one Sunday afternoon. For some reason our front door lock just decided to quit. We quickly called the office regarding the inability to lock our front door and within an hour, on a Sunday the maintenance on call had our lock fixed. I was so amazed that on a Sunday we could have a repair done so quickly. Anytime however that we have needed maintenance on our apartment, within 24 hours the problem was resolved. The crew is so courteous and never complains about repairs. We are giving a special 'Hats off to Davina and Ricardo' for excellence in what they do but we must give a thumbs up to all of the crew at 'The Woods', great job Katie. We enjoy everyone here!!!
