Apartment Reviews for Tradewinds Apartments - Tucson

When you move in to Tradewinds you are mesmerized by the newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, but the management fails to tell you how OLD their AC units are and the you will be stuck with a $200 plus electric bill during the summer... and you only have the AC running at 76'!!!! Don't believe me? Just look up at the AC's on your next visit to Tradewinds Apartments. They currently have new management in charge of the office and honestly she is worse than the one before. At least before Meg (the old manager) would carefully select future residents, now with the current manager they have all kinds of people moving in. There are up to six people living in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment. The police is constantly being called because of domestic violence, you can hear neighbors arguing at all hours of the night, and doors being slammed. The walls are paper thin, the windows are single pain and you can hear all the outside noise... you might as well have the windows open. Being that Campbell is a busy street you can hear all the traffic even with the windows and doors closed. Living at Tradewinds helps you realize how many people drive Harleys in Tucson, its like they are practically in your living room. Think wisely before you decide to move in... I wish I would have.
