I have been living here for a year and i like it, they gave me an apartment right away when I asked them for the 2 bedroom unit. They only took 2 days to give me my apartment. I live with my 2 sons and I like that there are a lot of children and I am glad that they have the freedoom to play outside. At the office they are nice people and maintenance people too. Place is clean and there hasnt been a problem at all.

I just moved here over the summer, so far I like it. People are friendly especially in the office. What I like is that I live in a very good area, everything is so close to me especially the freeway I drive out of town a lot, good mexican places to eat around here, too. It's very cheap to live here.
Whenever I have a problem in my apartment I just call the office and they fix it right away.

GREAT PLACE I JUST VISITED THIS COMPLEX LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT. I DON'T NEED TO MOVE IN UNTIL NOVEMBER BUT I'M ALREADY LOOKING. I PICKED THIS PLACE BECAUSE UNLIKE EVERYWHERE ELSE I WENT THE OFFICE STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY. THE STAFF HERE WAS NICE AND ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY NEEDS. I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE IN. THEY HAVE GOOD SIZED UNITS THEY ARE BIGGER THAN WHAT THEY LOOK.

I just moved in the first of August. Until today I decided to read the raitings this apartment community has. apartmentraitings.com has some really bad reviews that I dont agree with. This site is better and sounds more like the apartment complex I decided to move into. Like I said on the other site my apartment is roach and bedbug free and I have no complaints about my neighboors or the office people. I haven't really gotten to know the maintence people but so far so good.

I'm a new resident I just moved in about a week or two ago. I moved here because it's seconds away from my work place. I had a big issue with roaches in my apartment. I went to the leasing office to report my issue and I was surprsed with he way it was handled. The manage and the leasing agent were both very nice and understood my situation. The next day they had Northwest Exterminating cleanout my apartment. They had my apartment cleanedout by the exterminating company three times and now my problem has been solved. I was happy with the way my issue was handled and made my problem not seem like a problem at all. It's sad that other sites have talked so bad about this complex but I love the new management it's great.

I visited Woodland Village this morning because I'm looking for a new place to live. The receptionist gave me a small tour of the property I saw the club house, pool, volleyball area and more. I was happy with the way it looked. I read other reviews from other websites and was expecting a lot less of the property. But I do strongly disagree with any bad reviews out there it seems like the residents are treated nice especially since the office girl greeted a few residents and they all knew her name. I decided to move into a two bedroom June 1st so I will see how it goes but so far I like the property and the unit I'm moving into is very nice.

They have a 99 collar move in special which is perfect because for the first month I lived here I only paid 99 dollars. The property looks nice it's nothing special or luxurios but it looks good and there's nothing wrong it. I haven't had any issues with my unit so far but I'm sure if there is a problem in the future it will get fixed because the office people are nice and caring about any issues I have.

I found out about these apartments by driving by on Miracle Mile. I stopped by their office one day and found out about their 99 dollar move in special. I'm not the one that will be moving in but I thought this place would be great for my son. The property looks good it's clean and was pretty quiet when I got a tour. Their model unit was nice it has dark wood floors and is pretty spacious for a one bedroom I didn't think it would be this nice. I was hoping for more reviews on this complex but haven't found many but for future renters I think this is a nice place doesnt look as bad

Hi everyone my name is Daniel I've been a resident at Woodland Village Apartments for about seven years now. I'm moving out of state so I decided to write a review about my experience here before I depart. I moved in the beginning of 2005 when a whole different management team was in place. At that point the property was a disaster but it was the only thing I could afford. Aracelly who is the new manager and had beenfor two years now has worked miracles. She changed everything around. The property AND the residents here are great. The new maintnce crew is always on time for whatever duties are needed from them. Everyone is friendly and greets everyone by name its a big family everyone knows eachother and happily welcomes new faces. This complex is amazing im glad i chose to live here and im very happy with the way this property had been for the last couple of years its amazing and I know everyone will wnjoy living here
