Apartment Review for Zona Rio Apartments

Crime here is horrible. Over 15 cars were broken into in just one night. The roach infestation is beyond disgusting. The "controlled access" gates are broken or propped open by rocks. The walls and cupboards are cheaply "repaired", and at night the train sounds like it is rolling through your bedroom. The bathrooms sinks look like a child's toy (light blue sink with white splatters of plaster on them because the maintenance man didn't clean up the mess after repairing the sink). The maintenance men do not speak a lick of English and they think everything works properly when you have complained about it more than 3 times. Management changes every month due to illegal reasons and they do not want to hire security guards. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE! When I first moved here I thought everything was great. Only a couple roaches at first, then it seemed as though the whole colony moved in. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
