Apartment Review for Zona Verde At The University

This apartment complex has a lot to offer, it is one block away from the University.Has a pool, internet capabilities and a laundry facility. When I first got my apartment I was excited about the pool and internet and study room but the apartment came with more features I wasn't aware of. I opened my apartment door and found multiple problems that hadn't been addressed in the apartment, handles on burners were broken, our sinks leaked, the shower squirted water onto the ceiling causing a puddle on the floor making it a danger hazard, and outlets didn't work. I found myself in the office multiple times asking questions like: is the hot water going to be back on? Why can't I find a parking spot? How come their are loud jack hammers outside during finals? And most of all it was very intimidating to ask a maintenance man to come over because he either never showed up, or if he/she showed up while we were gone. The whole thing seemed kind of suspicious. This apartment cares more about outside appearance then the inside.
