Apartment Review for El Encanto Apartments

For the amount they charge for rent this place is not worth it. There are pigeons and pigeon droppings everywhere! They shouldn't advertise balconies because you can't use them with the pigeon infestation. The pool is almost always dirty and green or filled with tons of loud little kids. The dishwashers don't even clean the dishes. The water and air conditioning is even unreliable or nonexistent. I suggest you find another place to rent.
