I have been a resident here for over 4 years and I have moved into a large apartment just because we needed more space and they offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments so we could just transfer and not move away. I love the location, the management is wonderful and the maintenance is done right away and you never have to call them back. I also like the fact that they allow large dogs, I think they are the only ones that do in town... I just wanted to say that if you are looking for a community that will take care of you and make you feel at home Lothlorien is the place for you!

The beautiful thing about this place is the privacy. It's not very flashy on the outside like some places but that keeps the traffic down and it's nice, private, and quiet. The maintenance staff on ON IT. Any problem you have is fixed pretty much the same day, if not within hours, of calling it in and they are SUPER friendly. The office staff is GREAT! Always helpful and always smiling. They go above and beyond. They take any size or breed of dog which is helpful because my dog has been banned because of its breed from other places. The actual apartment is HUGE, especially the living room, dining area, and kitchen. When they say SPACIOUS they aren't kidding. It is an older property so it's not exactly all fresh and new but I think it's a GREAT place and I would highly recommend it to my friends.
