I have lived in this complex for about six months now and after reading the reviews of previous tenants I have to say that they are wrong. There have been nothing but improvements to the property since I have lived here. The area is safe and clean. There are no drugs or drug users that I can pick out Management tries really hard to take care of all of our needs as tenants and maintenance is all over the place tring to make this place a better place to live for all of us. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I love the changes that have been made here. While this might not have been the place to be 5 years ago, that is not the case now. Improvements to both the outside and inside are going on all the time, it is constantly getting better. It is too bad that former tenants who have been evicted get to trash the complex and affect the overall rating.

This is from a tenant who cant believe the backstabbers. I have been in this complex since 2003 and since the new owners and management took over in 2005 there has been several changes and has been upgraded in several ways. I admit it used to be a bad place but it is very family oriented and management is always working on and off the clock to make things better for our community. So to those that are complaining are probably those ones that caused the problems and were evicted.

I would say that Virginia manor is definitley the best apartment complex in Yuma. The ownership seems to always be making improvements that were not done before they got here.
