Just Horrible

I would not advise anyone to go to this apartment complex. Its just horrible, the onsite manager is just horrible. He only approve woman and after words of letting them move in he begins the flirting and sexual advances to see if you will go for it. And if you don't go for it he begins to give you problems and putting all kinds of letters in your door stating something that you need to do and if its not done he goes to your job to confront you in public about the matter rather than doing it during office hours while you are at home. He comes in and out of your apartment when ever he feels. Don't even try to go over his head about the matter because they condone everything he does. So sooner or later you will be getting an eviction notice because you don't respond to his sexual advances. I know because this happened to me. I was'nt there long, I was only there for one month and a half. Pittiful huh. I had to call the police mans when I tried to move because he was badgering me during the whole moving process. I was just fed up with it. So I'm warning anybody or any parents who are looking at these apartments, Please don't go there. You will fill like your being watched the whole time living there and there will be no freedom at the place you rent.

Who ever wrote this is silly? "He only approve woman or women"? And you having to call the police was probably unnecessary. If you had a legitimate reason for calling the "policeman" as you say, then why didn't they do anything to the Manager? Unless you're going to say that they condone the Manager's behavior too. They did nothing about your accusations did they? Maybe it was just you. Did you pay your rent every month? Did you pay your rent at all? Did you keep a clean house? People don't evict people for no reason. Did you leave after you were evicted or did you refuse to leave? I never understand why people refuse to leave after they've been kicked out. Silly. I lived there and never had any problems with the Manager. Some people just don't want to follow the rules is all. They think that just because they pay rent, they don't have to follow the rules. You rent the space to put your stuff and lay your head, but that's it. You still have to follow the rules and pay your rent on time to continue to live there. You want to be in charge of where you live, buy yourself a house and then you can do what you want. I'm sure if those who have the pleasure of reading your review truly knew the whole story, they would know that the problem was with you and not the Manager. If this is AL and you know your initials, then you got evicted because you didn't pay your rent at all, you were disturbing to the other tenants, rude to the other tenants when they asked you to be quiet (me being one) and you refused to leave when you got evicted. The manager hit on you?....please....I doubt that ever happened. He's very strict and he tells everyone that up front. He told me that. He fixes stuff when you tell him to. He tells you that you can live there as long as you follow the rules. You didn't take heed to that, so you got evicted.
