Review for Riverwalk Terrace Apartments

For college kids its a nice short walk to the campus (~10 minutes). The maintenance guys are great. But other then that there are very few pros to living here. The units are old and semi-run down. My apartment has leaked for several months after notifying management of this several times. The noise level of the highway, kids, and music from cars is obnoxious. Theres always a fresh scent of dog feces in courtyards...the manager even feels free to not pick up after his dog. Electric bills are a mess due to horrendous insulation of the apartments. Expect to freeze in the winter. All in all unless your strapped for time in finding in apartment i would shop around first.
