Apartment Reviews for Eastwood Apartments - Jacksonville

I love my apartment. I just wish they would update it a little. There policy here is if it's rented they only do what needs to be done. We've been here over 5 yrs. and although empty apts. have been updated with ceramic tile and new carpet, ours still has old vct & linolium and our carpet is real worn. They said they'd supply paint for us topaint it ourselves, but won't pay someone to paint for us. Maint. is real slow at getting to problems unless it's an emergency, and that gets old fast.

Great amenities! Wonderful office staff. Pool and laundry room always clean. Most apartments are completely updated. We LOVE it here.
