Review for Stonebridge At The Ranch Apartments

These apartments are great unless you need something more than a light fixture repaired. The grounds are very clean and nicely landscaped, there is a pool.. its only 4 feet deep all the way across and is a blob shape, so no luck if you swim laps. The gym is in good condition and you usually dont have to wait too long to tan, however for the price of these apartments its really lacking something. Over a thousand dollars a month for a 2 bedroom apartment and you sill have to pay extra for upgraded appliances and tile floor. Our apartment has vinyl floors in the kitchen, bath and laundry area and if you step on the edge of the carpet you will be poked by the tack strip underneath. The Appliances in the "down graded" version are cheap and do not work well, our dishwasher might as well just be an extra cabinet as well as it works. We have been told that the appliance is brand new and wont be replaced. Most of the office staff have been very friendly and helpful however we have had some problems with a few staff members being rude and unhelpful. The deposits are low, but be prepared to make up for that on your move out statement...you will be charged. If you have a pet be prepared for pet deposits of upwards of $450 and fliers threatening $50 fees for failing to pick up your dogs poo. There are also odd restrictions about what can and cant be on your patio, or what you have to have special permission to have. The facility is very nice, the apartments are above par for central arkansas, however id say for the price its not worth the hassle. If your looking for luxery apartments look downtown, if your looking for space out in west little rock, buy a house...the payment will be less than than the rent here!
