Review for Highland Pointe Of Maumelle Apartments

Late fees of atleast $175 for apartment rentals are CRAZY. They give you NO notice to remind you that your rent is late, but they can stack notices on your door about everything else. They have had our 5 managers in the last 2 years. Lakin (the girl in the office) sits at the desk in the office & does nothing but stay on the internet all day. They dont return phone calls in a timely manner. I hate that I even thought about living here. My advice is to leave this apartment as your last resort if you are considering moving to Maumelle.
