This place is a pretty decent place to live for about 6 months to a year. Unless you have very quiet neighbors. The grounds and golf course are well kept. Except for the tire ruts around some buildings from the golf carts the management and maintenance people SPEED around in. The wall are a little thin and the ceiling is WAY worse. You can here every little step the person above you takes. The materials they used to build the apartments is extremely cheap and will fall apart very easily. The carpeting and flooring will be stained as well as your cabinets and drawers. They are very responsive to pest problems. I would see an ant hill outside the apartment and within a day or 2 it is taken care of. If you have any problems with anything you can count on them to take good care of you. They are a little pricey for the area and just about the only complex that doesn't include water in the rent. It's not alot of money for the water and it makes no sence at all that they don't include it.
