I would recommend to a friend with some exceptions. 1. If you want, to park your car or have visitors park their cars, forget it. The management doesn't make people utilize their garages or carports for parking, and they allow a lot of people to live in the apartments, therefore, parking for guests is virtually non-existent and a real drag. 2. The clubhouse can be used for a $200 rental fee, a lot of money and they don't offer any additional parking spaces for your guests. This isn't a deposit which can be returned if the clubhouse is the same after your event as you find it. And the staff is uninformed as to how the process works. Apparently, not very many people have opted to pay the $200 fee. 3. The jacuzzi's are in ill-repair and don't always work. 4. They allow kids to play in the parking lot, bouncing balls and running all around your car. (or is that a parental issue?) Either way, the complex shouldn't allow it either and should make them play on the grass areas. 5. Trash is picked up before 7 a.m. throughout the week and on Saturday's and Sundays. Very, Very Noisy!! Make sure your apartment doesn't face a street. Otherwise, no sleeping in for you.
