New management means unhappy tenants. I believe the new managers are trying their best to deal with the problems left by the old managers. The issue's around these apartments arent new they are long standing. New management is trying to fix the issue's. Also the club house is now the managers office, previous managers used part of a tenants apartment. I feel the new management is much more profesional.
