Review for Azusa Garden Apartments

I find the location perfect for APU students. Rent is cheaper here than anywhere else. Students are treated special and aren't required to have a cosigner, credit or proof of income as long as you are a full time student.
Inside apartment is run down, but worth spending time on decorating.
