Brand New, Gated Community, Contemporary design, huge apartments,2 car garage, all appliances and washer and dryer included, clubhouse, gym, pool, spa ,cabana, bbq, (real) tile floors and counter tops, ceiling fans in everyroom, indiviual trash cans...no dumpsters, fireplace, everything is energy efficient my electric bill for a three bedroom was only $33 in June. In my opinion they are the nicest in Bakersfield...come check them out
