If you are a new person into renting or your first place or you have to restart your life for what ever reason you just a need place you can cal home for a affordable place with all utilities included. electric, gas, water and trash. Its a good deal and a nice place. Sure its not a 5 star place and its not in a Living Magazine spread but if you want something clean and simple you get what you pay for. Sure you may after to wait a few days for repairs but manager tries to make it comfortable till then or if capable they do it themselves. I have been here for over 10 years and with the 3 managers I have been thru this team works well with what they have to work with and that is not easy. So before you read other negative reviews becasue they probably didnt qualify to live here or they have been evicted from here its nice to see there are managers who still care. So make your own decision. I enjoy my quality of life here.
