The apartment is nice and quiet. Since it is a JR apartment that arrangement doesn't make you feel cramped up too much. I give the parking a 2 because you can't park in the future residential parking otherwise it will get towed without you knowing. This is only recommended for one car tenants. The parking spots are too far away when vistors visit other tenants.
