I lived here when I first moved to davis. It was a decent apartment. The office and maintence wasnt the worst, but they will screw you out of the deposit. Really dont expect anything back. No central air sucks, especially since I was on the third floor. Moving was a bitch too. The best part of the apartments are the huge bathroom space. Other than that, not great.
