Review for The Timbers Apartments

The other person that reviewed this complex must work here because this place is absolutely terrible the manager is the most RUDE person I've ever met and the management company is just as bad when we called to complain! The laundry room NEVER works the way its supposed to and there is outdoor cats EVERYWHERE so it always smells like cat feces in the summer time and because when we call the office to complain about it they say "outdoor cats are legal in this city put out some moth balls" we clean the feces OURSELVES!! The ONLY reason we haven't moved is because it takes a long time to save up for a house in SD! As for parking my husband works second shift and has to park on the street quiet often, there used to be security occasionally but I haven't seen him in a month. And they wont fix the gates into the sides of the apartment so not so nice looking people wander through the apartments on their way to the trolley stop! I can absolutely promise you that the other review for this place was made by an employee because when we tried to swith to a two bedroom they were abosolutely AWEFUL! We are perfect tenants and we ALWAYS pay our rent early and all our neighbors love us. So do yourself a favor and pay an extra $50 per month and get a nicer more respectable place!!
