I have lived here for two years, and although they are not perfect, I love my apartment. The people in the office seem to change monthly, but have always been very friendly and prompt. Maintenance requests were done that day or the next if it was important. Our apartment was brand new when we moved in and no problems. I feel safe as my cars have never been broken into here. I even left the keys in the door over night by accident and they were still there the next day. I have no problem with parking as the back of the complex has more uncovered spaces. When we moved in they let us pick of the available apartments and we were smart enough to chose one with parking. The only bad thing is the kids that think they own the streets and are slow to get out of the way. The management issues a monthly newsletter constantly reminding that bikes/skates/etc are not allowed, but don't enforce it. Also, power lines go straight through the complex so static electricity is high when it rains. The apartments are nice, very roomy, walkin closets with plenty of storage. I would live here again and only moving because we bought a house!
