Review for Village Park Apartments

We have lived in Village Park apartments for almost 2 years. Minor problems, such as front door isn't sealed, counter tops needed to be replaced before we moved in, have had cock-roaches but could be due to having 7+ people living in apt. above us. Overall the apartments are old and could use major upgrading but location is VERY quiet and all the neighbors keep to themselves. Mangement is very friendly and grounds are kept up.
